LAS VEGAS — Iridium Sports Agency clients Taiga Iwasaki and Kody Steele will compete for UFC contracts on Tuesday at Dana White’s Contender Series at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, LIVE on ESPN.


Taiga is looking to improve to 10-1 with a second straight win against Yousri Belgaroui in middleweight action. The 27-year-old Niigata, Japan product's body of work includes four wins by KO and two victories by submission.


Kody hunts for a fourth straight stoppage victory against Quemuel Ottoni in the lightweight division. The 28-year-old Austin, TX fighter is 6-0, with all but two of his wins coming by finish (three KOs, one submission).

LAS VEGAS — Six Iridium Sports Agency clients will take center stage in one of the biggest events in combat sports history, Noche UFC, on Saturday at the UFC’s hugely anticipated debut in the Sphere in Las Vegas.


In Saturday’s Co-Main Event, Alexa Grasso defends her UFC World Women's Flyweight Championship against Valentina Shevchenko to complete one of the most memorable trilogies in MMA history. Alexa, the first Mexican woman to win a UFC championship, is unbeaten in her last six trips to the Octagon. Alexa's 16-3-1 record is comprised of four knockouts, two submissions and a pair of Performance Bonuses. She's the reigning World MMA Awards' Female Fighter of the Year and is the No. 1 ranked fighter on the UFC’s female pound-for-pound rankings.


Diego Lopes is ready to smash his way to 5-1 in the UFC with a fifth straight victory over Brian Ortega in the featherweight division. Diego is the No. 12 contender in the weight class, and Ortega currently holds the No. 3 spot. The Contender Series vet has his sights set on his fourth Performance Bonus. Diego's 25-6 record includes 12 submissions, 10 knockouts, and title reigns with Fury Fighting Championship and Lux Fight League.


Ode "The Jamaican Sensation" Osbourne enters the Octagon for the 10th time against Ronaldo Rodríguez in the flyweight division. He's hunting for his fifth victory and second Performance Bonus under the UFC banner. Ode's 12-7, 1 NC record includes five wins by submission and four knockouts.


Raul "El Niño Problema" Rosas Jr., is primed to climb to 4-1 in the UFC with a third straight stoppage victory at the expense of Aoriqileng in bantamweight action. Raul, who made history at age 18 as the youngest fighter in UFC history, has earned a Performance Bonus in each of his first three victories in the Octagon. The Contender Series alum is 9-1, with all but one of his wins coming by finish (six submissions, two knockouts).


Edgar “Puro Chicali” Cháirez and Joshua “The Fearless” Van meet in a matchup of two of the UFC's top flyweight contenders. Edgar is hunting for his second straight victory in the Octagon, while Joshua looks to climb to 4-1 under the UFC banner. Edgar's 11-5, 1 NC record includes seven submissions and four knockouts. Josh is 10-2 (six knockouts, two submissions) and previously was a champion with Fury Fighting Championship.

LAS VEGAS — Iridium Sports Agency clients Austin Bashi and Gauge “Gee Money” Young will compete for UFC contracts on Week 4 of Dana White’s Contender Series on Tuesday at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas.


Austin is ready to improve to 13-0 against Dorian Ramos in the featherweight division. The Lights Out Championship champ's body of work includes four submissions and three knockouts. The 22-year-old West Bloomfield, MI product is going for his fifth straight stoppage victory in the cage.


Gauge is hunting for his fourth straight stoppage victory against Quillan Salkilld in the lightweight division. Gauge is 8-1, with six of the 24-year-old Sedalia, MO fighter's wins coming by stoppage (five knockouts, one submission).
